CARDBOARD ANGLE
Protecting cardboard angles solve the transport and warehouse packing. In addition or instead of existent packing types (stretch or strap ribbon, crimped box, pallet, tray) protective cardboard angles will provide storage of your commodity and prevent:
1. Corners damage and packing edges at transportation and storage (four vertical or horizontal angles are set at the corners, and packing is covered by packing tape).
2. Crumpling at the vertical loadings (special angle scope, which is imposed from above on the horizontal group of protective angles). Loading from an overhead tray, not passing on the load is distributed through a horizontal frame and vertical corners on a lower pallet. Thus loadings which such frame can survive can reach to 1 ton.
3. Lower row crumpling of crimped boxes at rows stowage (protective angles are set from inside in the crimped box)
Types of protecting angles
1. Ã – figurative profile. Used in a wide spectrum application. It protects butt-ends, prevents from packing deformation by strap ribbon, maintains loading from overhead rows at stowage (protective frame), prevent boxes deformation.
2. Gluing tape angles. Create additional comforts and do a packing process more technological. Gluing layer is made as a gluing ribbon and can be inflicted both on the external and the internal side of the angle.
